Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items received after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- It must include all original packaging, components, and accessories.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Returns should be sent only to Pro Science Fitness.
Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable & Partial Refund Items
Certain circumstances may make an order ineligible for a full refund:
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not caused by our error.
- Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items not returned in their original packaging.
In such cases, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming:
- That we have received your package, and
- Whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund.
For added peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages
Processing Time
Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged or replacement items to reach you may vary.
We’ll notify you via email once your return or exchange has been fully processed.
